Sam and her little sister Molly travel through the woods to make an important delivery. When Molly’s games delay their journey, their sisterly bond will be tested as they attempt to return home before dark. All while they are stalked by the beast in the trees.

Filmmaking is a collaborative art form requiring artists of many backgrounds and skills to bring a project like, The Red Boot, to life!
Filmmaking is a very expensive art form. Even short films take quite a bit of funds to create.
Locations, Travel, Production Design & Costuming, Equipment Rentals, Personal Protection Equipment, Set Security, and Feeding a cast and crew of 25 to 30 people over a 4 day shoot adds up fast.
That’s where you come in!

Our Total Budget is $7,972
The Graphic you see to the left is the breakdown of where the funds you donate will go to help in the creation of the film.
We have already secured $1,825 in funds but we need your help to raise the rest.
Why Are We Using Venmo?
We are utilizing the Venmo of Writer/Director Georgia Autumn Overby to collect funds rather then a traditional crowdfunding site so that we can avoid the fees these sites charge us on donations. By utilizing Venmo we can ensure that every cent of your donation goes toward the creation of the Film.
